Accident compensation — Compensation for pecuniary loss not related to earnings — Whether a working shareholder in a private company has a right to receive compensation in terms of s 121 of the Accident Compensation Act 1972 (as originally enacted) for a reduction in the value of his shares which occurred because its business goodwill was lost when an injury prevented him from continuing to work as its employee — Whether there were "proved losses necessarily and directly resulting from the injury".
