Law practitioners — Revision of solicitor's bill of costs — Reference by Court - "Special circumstances" - District Council had revised bill and reduced it by 20% - Party chargeable sought to appeal to Registrar of High Court but solicitors did not file notice of appeal in time — Party chargeable was dissatisfied with bill of costs and applied to the Court for an order referring bill back to District Council — Whether "special circumstances" existed justifying a revision of the bill — Law Practitioners Act 1972, ss 146 and 151.
