Tort — Conversion — Grantee under instrument by way of security over a fishing vessel in lawfully seizing the vessel also took possession of chattels which were not included in the security — Whether conversion by taking or conversion by keeping — Whether a plaintiff can recover more than the amount of his own interest in chattels in an action for conversion in which he relies on the immediate right to possession.
