Infants and children — Custody — Jurisdiction of High Court after establishment of Family Courts — Custody order had been made in District Court — On an appeal by father a High Court Judge varied the order by consent — Father later applied to the High Court to vary the order made by the High Court Judge — Whether the High Court had jurisdiction to entertain the father's application — Guardianship Act 1968, s 4(3)(a), as amended in 1980, and s 31.
