Practice and procedure — Appeal to Privy Council — "Final judgment" - Court of Appeal had refused an interlocutory injunction to restrain winding-up proceedings holding that the petition was not an abuse of the process of the Court (see [1984] 2 NZLR 242) - Whether Court of Appeal's judgment was a "final judgment" in terms of r 2(a) of the Privy Council (Judicial Committee) Rules Notice 1973.
