Evidence — Claim by witness to privilege — Social worker employed by Catholic Social Services claimed privilege in paternity proceedings for communications with alleged father of child — Social worker had interviewed alleged father in order to obtain material to assist in placing the child for adoption and the communications had been made in the strictest confidence — Whether claim for privilege should be upheld.
