Property law — Lease — Relief against forfeiture — Standing of underlessee — Lease prohibited subletting without head lessor's written consent — Part of leased premises was sublet without head lessor's consent — Lessee went into liquidation and head lessor attempted to dispossess sublessee — Whether sublessee had standing as an underlessee to apply under s 119 of the Property Law Act 1952 for relief against the exercise by the head lessor of a right of re-entry or forfeiture under the head lease.
