Trusts and trustees — Joint transaction — Property purchased in the name of one party with subsequent acknowledgment by that party that the other party had one half interest therein — Court had no jurisdiction to depart from the express agreement of the parties in the absence of evidence that it had been replaced.

Bankruptcy and insolvency — After acquired property — Bankrupt entitled to sue in respect of after acquired property until the Official Assignee intervenes.
