Destitute Persons — Orders for maintenance — Application by mother for maintenance more than 5 years after the birth of the child — Maintenance may be awarded in respect of any period within the 5 year period notwithstanding at the time of the hearing the applicant was able to maintain herself — Domestic Proceedings Act 1968, s 53(2)(b).
