Landlord and Tenant — Lease of "Ground Floor of Building containing Two Rooms" — Premises as to Part comprising Ground Floor of Two-story Building and as to Remainder a Single-story Adjoining Building — Term to commence from Completion of Alterations to Single-story Portion — Plans and Specifications of Alterations, including New Roof, procured by Lessees, and Work completed at Joint Cost of Lessors and Lessees in pursuance of Contract between them jointly with Builder — Guttering of Roof proving defective — Damage of Goods of Lessees from Overflow of Water from Guttering into Demised Premises — No Liability on Lessors for Damage.
