Negligence — Car-driver proceeding on Correct Side placed in Position of Peril by another Car approaching suddenly round Blind Corner on same Side of Road — Collision arising from both Cars swerving to opposite Side of Road — Act of First Driver in swerving to Wrong Side of Road in Emergency created by Wrongful Act of Driver of approaching Car held not negligent.
