Will — Construction — Trust of Income of Corpus for named Beneficiary for Life and upon his Death Corpus to go to such of his Children as he shall by Deed or Will appoint — In default of and subject to Appointment Corpus to be held in Trust for Children in Equal Shares — Codicil revoking "Previous Will entirely with regard to" named Beneficiary — Bequest in Codicil of £100 per Annum and upon Death of Wife the Sum of £200 to Beneficiary — Revocation held to extend to Trust of Income and special Power of Appointment given Beneficiary but not to Gifts to Children — Bequest construed as Gift of £100 per Annum to Beneficiary for Life with Lump Sum of £200 in addition on Death of Widow.
