Matrimonial property — Intermingling of separate property — Under their father's will, the husband and his sister became entitled to a farm as tenants in common in equal shares — Husband purchased sister's half share — Whether the half share acquired from the sister had been so intermingled with the half interest acquired under the will that it was unreasonable or impracticable to regard the farm as separate property — Matrimonial Property Act 1976, s 10.
