Husband and wife — Contracts for separation — Validity — The same equitable principles which apply to setting aside an agreement apply to a refusal to decree specific performance of such agreement.
Contract — Formation of contract — Undue influence distinguished from a contract that is unfair and unconscionable.
Specific performance — Oppressiveness of contract — A decree of specific performance will be refused on the same equitable principles upon which the court will set aside such contract.
