Licensing — Sale of liquor — Redefining licensed premises — Jurisdiction of Licensing Committee — Whether on an application for redefinition of licensed premises under s 284(2) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 a Licensing Committee has jurisdiction to include in the redefined licensed premises an area of land that is not contiguous with the remainder of the licensed premises (eg land that is separated by a street).
