Contract — Termination — Enforcement of accrued obligations — Education Board school bus contracts were not in writing and had no express termination clauses — Contracts contained a term that if contractors borrowed money to buy buses the Board would over 10 years reimburse some of the interest — Whether contracts were terminable by Board on reasonable notice to contractors — Whether despite termination Board was liable to pay agreed interest.
