Public works — Compensation — Goodwill — Method of evaluating goodwill — Land on which company conducted its business was Compulsorily acquired — Company considered that it could not relocate because the only available sites were unsuitable — Company closed down — Whether the closure was the direct result of the compulsory acquisition of the land thus making the Crown liable to compensation for goodwill — Assessment of compensation — Whether interest on compensation was payable from the date of closure — Whether costs should be awarded on a more generous basis than party and party costs in ordinary civil litigation — Public Works Act 1981, ss 60, 90 and 94.
