Contract — Conditions — Waiver of conditions — Condition providing that if it is not fulfilled the contract shall be "null and void" — Whether the condition was solely for the benefit of one contracting party so that waiver of the condition by that party was possible — Whether the condition should be interpreted so that "null and void" meant "voidable".
