Administrative law — Judicial review — Accident Compensation Act — In August 1985 the Accident Compensation Corporation decided, principally as a cost containment measure, to limit the amount it would pay for physiotherapy treatment to accident victims — Whether Corporation was in breach of its statutory duty — Accident Compensation Act 1982, s 75. — High Court held that Corporation was in breach of its statutory duty to pay fees which were reasonable by New Zealand standards (see [1988] 1 NZLR 346) - Whether, if the cost of medical treatment is reasonable, the Corporation may decide what contribution to make to that cost
