Matrimonial property — Valuation of husband's interest in matrimonial home leased from his employer with contingent right to purchase — Rent applied in part towards purchase price so that on expiry of 15 year lease the purchase price was deemed to be paid in full — Whether after 11 years the property should be valued on the basis of a refund of contributions or on the basis of the market value with deduction for contingencies — Whether separation agreement which gave wife a one-half share in the refund of contributions should be declared void as being unjust — Matrimonial Property Act 1976, s 21(8).
