Administrative law — Administrative Division of Supreme Court — Applications for review — Applications under Part I of the Judicature Amendment Act 1972 where there is a right of appeal to the Administrative Division will be referred to that Division — Other applications will be dealt with by the Supreme Court under its general jurisdiction — Request may be made for matter to be heard by Administrative Division — Judicature Act 1908, s 26(1)(c), and Judicature Amendment Act 1972, Part I.
