Criminal law — Sentence — Accused stupefied his de facto wife and her daughter aged 15 - Indecent assault of daughter and sexual violation of her by unlawful sexual connection — Accused found guilty — Sentenced to four months imprisonment on a sexual violation and stupefying charges and convicted and discharged in respect of indecent assault — Reparation order made — Whether nature of violation warranted a sentence significantly greater than that imposed — Whether sentencing Judge should have taken into account overall criminality of conduct of accused and aggravating feature namely a breach of trust — Whether too much weight had been given to factors favourable to the accused.
