Criminal law — Practice and procedure — Trial — Conduct of trial — Defence alleged on appeal that the emotional expressions and gestures of the prosecutor when addressing the jury were unfair and that the prosecution had wrongly failed to supply the defence prior to the trial with information about a previous suspect — Whether conduct of prosecutor deprived accused of a fair trial — Whether Crown obliged to supply to defence before trial particulars of other suspects who had been cleared.
