Criminal law — Evidence — "Similar facts" — Accused was committed for trial on two charges of murder — In 1969 he had killed his sister — Crown wished to call evidence of the accused's actions in 1969, and as to the schizophrenic state of his mind, but did not intend to lead any evidence that the accused was insane within the meaning of s 23 of the Crimes Act 1961 — Whether the similar fact evidence was admissible.
