Transport and transport licensing — Blood alcohol prosecution — Constable may require a person to accompany him to a place where a specimen of blood may be taken if ". . . an approved breath-testing device is not readily available . . ." — After stopping a driver whom he had good cause to suspect of committing an offence, constable discovered there was no breath-testing kit in his car — Whether he was entitled to require the driver to accompany him to the station for a blood test — Transport Act 1962, s 58A(2) as it stood prior to 1 December 1978.
