Criminal law — Trial — Accused charged with murder and aggravated robbery — He pleaded not guilty to both charges — Counsel for accused did not address jury on robbery charge, saying that they might think it had been properly brought — Accused acquitted on murder charge and convicted on charge of aggravated robbery — On appeal it was argued for accused that it was not within the competence of counsel at the trial to make such a concession — Whether there were grounds on which the Court should interfere.
