Criminal law — Relevant facts — Admissibility of evidence — Finding of certain things in possession of accused on arrest does not make evidence of that finding automatically admissible — Evidence must be relevant and if relevant judge has a discretion to exclude if prejudicial effect outweighs its probative value — Onus on appellant to show discretion was bound to be exercised to exclude.
