Criminal law — Parties to offences — Accused pharmacist charged as party to manufacture of heroin — Accused sold panadeine knowing that it would be used to manufacture heroin — Whether accused thereby a party to manufacture of heroin — Whether Crown required to prove accused wanted heroin to be manufactured or whether required only to prove that accused knew such manufacture would be the consequence of his action — Whether supply "for the purpose" of aiding the commission of an offence — Crimes Act 1961, s 66(1)(b).
