Criminal law — Sentence — Drugs — Cannabis, cannabis oil and LSD - Drug dealing and receiving — Cumulative sentences — Accused was sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment on charges of supplying cannabis oil, selling cannabis and offering to supply LSD, and to 18 months imprisonment on a charge of receiving, all sentences being concurrent — Whether sentence on each drug offence should reflect the seriousness of that offence — Whether sentence for receiving should be cumulative on the drug related sentences — Whether sentences were excessive considering totality of offending.
