Company law — Actions and proceedings by and against companies — Minority shareholder applying to the Court for relief against oppression — Not entitled to relief on evidence of transactions not alleged to be oppressive in petition — The oppressive conduct must be continuing at the date of the hearing of the petition — Alleged oppressive conduct was sale of shares held by shareholders company to another company in the same Group at an under value — Relief if granted must be in the nature of that sought in the petition — Companies Act 1955, s 209.
