Wills — Interpretation — Testator left shares in a company to "such of my nephews and nieces as shall be living at the date of death of my said wife" — After the death of the testator the shares were sold and the proceeds were held in a separate fund — Whether the gift to the nephews and nieces was a contingent interest or a vested interest subject to divesting — Whether the proceeds of the sale of the shares were impressed with the same trusts as were the shares.
