Infants and children — Adoption — Child ward of Court and mother appointed agent of the Court, but child in de facto custody of grandmother whose application for custody had been adjourned for 3 months — Mother and husband applying for adoption order of child sought a release of the child's wardship — Section 16(2)(h) of the Adoption Act 1955 does not abrogate a Court order under s 9 of the Guardianship Act 1968 - Adoption Act 1955, s 16(2) (h) - Guardianship Act 1968, s 9.
