Bankruptcy and insolvency — Administration of bankrupt's estate — Widow had been bequeathed the "use occupation and enjoyment" of a farm property for her life — Whether the life estate was an item of "property" which passed to the Official Assignee on the adjudication of the widow and could be the subject of possible disclaimer under s 75 of the Insolvency Act 1967 — Whether, if the Official Assignee did not disclaim the life interest and there was continuing waste, he would be responsible for the waste.
