Wills — Interpretation — Residue held in trust until death of spinster daughters or their marriage and then for "all my children then surviving" - Later clause declared that "should any one or more of my said surviving children" die leaving issue the deceased child's share shall be held in trust for his or her issue — Nine children survived the testator — Last spinster daughter died in 1970 at which time only two children were living — Whether "said surviving children" referred only to children living in 1970.
