Matrimonial property — Separation agreement — Husband was an alcoholic — He rejected independent legal advice and signed an agreement under which he received nothing — Husband claimed that the agreement should be set aside because at the time it was signed alcohol had so affected him that he was incapable of making a proper judgment — Whether it was unjust to allow the agreement to stand — Matrimonial Property Act 1976, s 21.
