Trusts and trustees — Superannuation Fund — Trustees' power to amend trust deed — Removal of lump sum option from superannuation scheme — Trust deed provided that no "amendment shall be made until the Government Actuary has notified the Trustees in writing that the Deed as proposed to be amended will retain his approval" - Deed signed by trustees before Government Actuary had given his approval to amendment — Whether amendment had been "made" before approval was given — Whether amendment affected "a Member's interest in the Fund as established at the date of such amendment" and could only lawfully be made with the written consent of individual members.
