Contract — Sale of land — Cancellation of sale and purchase agreement by purchaser on ground of misrepresentation of area by real estate agent — District Court held that purchaser was entitled to cancel as he had entered into agreement substantially different from that represented to him — High Court held that vendor was protected by clause in agreement that no misdescription should annul the sale — Whether clause in agreement extended to material inducing misrepresentation made prior to signing of contract — Contractual Remedies Act 1979, s 7.
