Control of Prices — Offences — Grower selling Potatoes unweighed and ungraded, to Wholesaler — Wholesaler sending Sales Docket and Cheque for Amount shown therein to be due — Wholesaler later sending Amended Account crediting Smaller Amount than that paid Grower and conforming with Price Order, and asking for Refund of Excess — Grower repaying Same — Grower charged with "receiving" from Buyer Price not in Conformity with Price Order — Price "received" by Grower when Cheque accepted and banked — "Receives any price from the buyer" — Control of Prices Act, 1947, ss 2 (2), 29 (1).
