Corporate bodies — Declaratory judgment — Application for declaration in respect of acts under the rules — Court will not exercise its discretion to make a declaration where there is a mixed question of law and fact — The expression "or in any other manner interested in the construction or validity thereof" is not to be construed ejusdem generis with that which has preceded it — Court will not make an order unless a declaration would be lawful — Declaratory Judgments Act 1908, s 3.
