Limitation of actions — Credit sale agreements entered into between 1961 and 1964 — Agreements in breach of Hire Purchase and Credit Sales Stabilisation Regulations 1957 and void — In 1974 plaintiff commenced an action claiming under reg 10 for the recovery of moneys paid — Whether six year limitation period in s 4(1)(d) of the Limitation Act 1950 applied, or whether the action was "for relief from the consequences of a mistake" under s 28(c) and therefore not statute-barred.
