Matrimonial property — Post-separation disposition of assets — Husband left New Zealand and transferred to his second wife a half share in a cottage that was admittedly matrimonial property of his first marriage — In exchange, second wife transferred to husband a share in a property in England — Whether first wife was entitled to a half share in the cottage — Matrimonial Property Act 1976, ss 2(3), 7, 25, 33 and 44.
