Industrial law — Strike — Suspension of non-striking workers — Strike came to an end but suspended workers were not recalled to work until some time later when the plant became fully operational — Whether the strike continued after a return to work by the striking workers for so long as the reduced production arising out of that strike continued — Whether the employer was able to suspend workers for so long as it was unable to provide normal work — Industrial Relations Act 1973, ss 123, 127A and 128.
