Transport and transport licensing — Breath and blood alcohol prosecutions — Driver arrested for refusing to accompany traffic officer and taken to police station where he was processed — Driver was subsequently observed and then clinically examined by medical practitioner — Whether, having handed driver over to police, traffic officer was entitled to continue the breath and blood alcohol procedures — Whether evidence of medical practitioner, as to his observations of driver when driver unaware he was being observed, was admissible — Whether medical practitioner was obliged to caution driver — Transport Act 1962, ss 58(1)(c), 58A and 58B.
