Property law — Landlocked land — Applicant had for some years gained access to his residential property across adjoining land owned by respondents believing he had a right of way across their land — On discovering that no legal right of way had been created, respondents erected a fence on right of way — The remaining access to applicant's land was by means of a steep path usable only by fit pedestrians — Whether there was "reasonable access" to applicant's land — Whether easement should be granted over respondents' land — Property Law Act 1952, s 129B.
