Criminal law — Abuse of Court's process — Accused was charged indictably with supplying cocaine, and charged summarily with supplying cannabis, to a named person — He was tried in the High Court on the cocaine charge and acquitted — Later, he was tried in the District Court on the cannabis charge and convicted — Evidence at both trials was essentially the same — Whether District Court Judge should have prevented second trial proceeding and discharged the accused.
