Property law — Landlocked land — Residential property with frontage to a beach and rear access to a roadway by a three foot right of way — Three other properties separated applicant's property from the road — Owner applied under s 129B of the Property Law Act 1952 for "reasonable access" - Court granted relief holding that in the vehicular context of 1977 such access was not reasonable access to a residential property.
