Guarantee and indemnity — Rules of construction — Guarantee given by individuals to a bank guaranteeing a company's bank account, company giving guarantee to the bank of a third party's bank account — Bank calling upon company under its guarantee and on default of the company the bank called upon individual guarantors under their guarantee of the company to pay "all moneys which the bank should be at liberty to charge or to debit to the account of the company".
