Criminal law — Forfeiture of motor vehicle on conviction for drug offence — Accused had been convicted of possessing cannabis for supply or sale — Van that was used in the commission of the offence was owned by a company of which the accused was a director and the principal shareholder — Whether van could be forfeited to the Crown under s 32(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
