Family protection — Jurisdiction — Choice of law — Testator owned property in England which he bequeathed to a niece — Testator made no provision for his widow — Whether New Zealand Court could make an order under the Family Protection Act 1955 that a capital sum be paid to the widow out of the gift to the niece.
