Executors and administrators — Office of executor or administrator — Wife, daughter and son-in-law appointed executors and trustees by will — Codicil revoking appointment of daughter and son-in-law as trustees and appointing additional trustee to act with wife — Application by (wife) widow and additional trustee for probate as executrix and executor according to the tenor — Daughter and son-in-law renouncing right and title to probate with reservation in event of probate not being granted to the widow and additional trustee — Appointment of daughter and son-in-law as executors not revoked — Additional trustee not appointed executor — Conditional renunciation not acceptable — Unequivocal renunciation by daughter and son-in-law necessary or, alternatively, a joint application by them and the widow for probate.
